Instant Semiya Dosa Recipe | Crisp & Tasty Vermicelli Dosa For Breakfast with detailed photo and video recipe. Basically, it is an extension to the popular rava dosa recipe which is extended by adding semiya noodles to make it crisp. It can be an ideal and healthy morning breakfast as it only takes 10 minutes to prepare and can be an ideal alternative to monotonous rava dosa.

As I was explaining earlier, this recipe is an extension of the popular rava dosa recipe. In other words, to the same instant rava dosa batter, I have added semiya noodles which would yield a crisp and crunchy dosa. Well, once you hear semiya dosa, you may think I may have crushed and powdered the semiya noodles. However, on the contrary, I have used it as it is and mixed it with thin liquid dosa batter. Hence once the dosa batter is poured into dosa pan and it settles down, it would yield a crisp and crunchy dosa. In addition, you may also try the same dosa with thin semiya used in faloda or milk dessert. I have basically used vermicelli which is used for pulao or upma, as it is easily available in most kitchen pantries. Do try this and let me know if you liked it.

  • ▢few curry leaves (chopped)
  • ▢2 tbsp coriander (chopped)
